No Returns or Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at map@mapaesthetics.co within 3 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Replacements are only offered for items that are damaged in transit or incorrectly fulfilled.

Shipping Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, MAP Aesthetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Products are always tough for me as I have skin sensitivities to a lot of ingredients and different kinds of brands, but this brand is one of the best! From the consistency to the overall product alone, this was one of my best purchases! On that note make sure y'all get you one of these!

I cannot express how thankful I am for this product . Someone who lives with chronic eczema and random flare ups, it’s hard to find the right products to help that aren’t steroids as it’s easy to get steroid withdrawals with long term usage. I deal with dry itchy patches and usually have a hard time keeping moisture all day . Within the first week I noticed an instant glow with my skin. A month in I now see the results of constant usage and the comfort and ease I have with this product is undeniable.
